Unfortunately, condensation is a major problem suffered by thousands of households throughout the UK. It occurs in all types of dwelling – flats, houses and is most prevalent in the winter months of October through to April. Usually, condensation results in problems of black mould on walls, ceilings and which XXXX, however, it will also contaminate clothes, furnishings, carpets and leather goods.
MGC CLEARMOULD SPRAY is a water-based, non-aerosol, spray for treating contaminations on these surfaces. Spray the affected surfaces, allow to dry and vacuum with a HEPA filter cleaner. This is a non-aerosol water-based spray for treating mould and mildew on carpets, leather gods, clothes, furnishings and mustiness in rooms.
Spray the RLT CLEARMOULD SPRAY liberally on all the affected areas, including undersides of carpets where contaminated, allow the dray. When dry, thoroughly hoover the treated areas with a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner.
WARDROBES AND OTHER FURNITURE
Spray RLT CLEARMOULD SPRAY in wardrobes, cupboards and drawers, paying particular attention to corners and shelves. Wipe all areas with a clean damp cloth.
LARDERS
Remove all food and then treat as above.
TEXTILES, CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY
Vacuum articles to be treated. Spray all areas thoroughly with RLT CLEARMOULD SPRAY. Treat both sides of carpets and the floor under carpets.
SHOES AND LEATHER GOODS
Slightly dampen a cloth. Spray cloth with RLT CLEARMOULD SPRAY and wipe inside and outside of affected shoes and leather goods. Spray inside of shoes again and allow to dry.
MUSTY ROOMS
Shut windows, liberally spray the air, then vacate the room shutting the door.
RLT CLEARMOULD SPRAY is approved under COPR 1986 (as amended) by the Health and Safety Executive as a masonry biocide for both amateur and professional use.
