Amateur Use
Mould Growth Consultants black mould treatments have been successfully used throughout the UK by Local Authorities, Housing Associations, private landlords and homeowners for over 45 years in homes affected by condensation damp and mould.
All our fungicidal treatments are approved under the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 (as amended) C.O.P.R. by the Health and Safety Executive. The products are classed as amateur mould treatments and/or professional mould treatments.
The effectiveness of MGC treatments has been proven from four and a half decades of successful application in social and private sector housing and also shown by tests carried out by the BRE, PRA and several other independent laboratories.
Mould Eradication Kit
The Mould Eradication Kit is a compact treatment with everything required to deal with small outbreaks of black mould. It contains RLT Bactdet 05, RLT Halophen, MGC Fungicidal Additives, mixing bucket, sponge, gloves and brush, there is sufficient materials for 10-12m² of mould. MEK’s are approved under C.O.P.R. 1986 (as amended) by the Health and Safety Executive for both amateur and professional use and have been extensively used by Local Authorities and Housing Associations for over 25 years for solving mould problems. Contains sufficient materials to treat 10-12m² of mould.

RLT Pack
The RLT Pack is used for treating medium to severe mould contamination. The system comprises of RLT Bactdet 05 which is used to kill and clean the mould off the surface of the walls and ceilings, RLT Halophen which penetrates into the substrate to kill the roots and form a fungicidal barrier. The area can then be decorated with either MGC Fungicidal Additives incorporated into the new emulsion or wallpaper paste or Biocheck Fungicidal Emulsion. Contains sufficient materials to treat 45-50m² of mould

BB Pack
2 part mould treatment pack for outbreaks of mould, including black mould. Contains RLT Bactdet 05 fungicidal wash and Biocheck fungicidal paint.
Biocheck BB Pack will remove mould and stop it returning, particularly effective in high condensation risk areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
Easy to follow instructions. Available in Matt or Silk. Magnolia or White only. Sufficient to treat 10-12 m² – 2 coats

Biocheck Fungicidal Emulsion Paint
Biocheck Matt and Silk Fungicidal Emulsion designed specifically to provide long term protection against mould attack in severe condensation situations. Developed from years of experience resulting in a high quality emulsion for successfully resolving mould problems. Tested by the BRE and proven to be completely resistant to colonisation and growth of mould. Available in 10 pastel shades and white.

Biocheck Fungicidal Emulsion Paint is available in:
2.5 litres and 5 litres in White, Matt and Silk Finish.
2.5 litres and 5 litres in Magnolia, Matt and Silk Finish.
5 litres are also available in 10 pastel shades: – Rose White, Apple White, Autumn White, Magnolia, Pale Green, Pale Blue, Buttermilk, China Blue, Pink, Sugared Almond and White in both Matt and Silk Finish.
Biocheck Water Based Gloss
Biocheck Water Based Gloss – three products in one, primer, undercoat and topcoat, low odour water based gloss which touch dries in 1-2 hours in good drying conditions. Can be used on internal surfaces as well as external. Resistant to internal mould and external moss, lichen and algae. Do not use outside if the temprature is below 10 degrees Celsius and falling.

One part white flexible fast curing mould resistant sealant for kitchens and bathrooms.

MGC Fungicidal Additive
Fungicidal Additives formulated to protect the decoration from mould attack. Can be incorporated into emulsion paint, gloss paint, primers, undercoats, size, wallpaper paste and grout.
Add one Fungicidal Additive to 2½ litres of emulsion paint, wallpaper paste or size.
Add one Fungicidal Additive to 5 litres of primer, undercoat or gloss paint
Thoroughly stir material after adding Fungicidal Additive.

RLT Bactdet 05
RLT Bactdet 05 Sterilising solution for killing mould.
Empty contents of bottle into a container and make up to one litre with warm water. Wash down using a brush ,cloth or sponge and change the solution when it becomes dirty. Coverage 10 sq. metres per litre.

RLT Halophen Water based fungicidal barrier to be applied after RLT Bactdet 05.
Empty contents of bottle into a container and make up to one litre with clean water. Apply by brush to the affected area and a metre beyond. Coverage 10 sq. metres per litre.

RLT Bactdet 05 Sterilising solution for killing mould
Dilute solution 1:4 with warm water. Wash down using a brush, cloth or sponge and change the solution when it becomes dirty. The coverage you will achieve is 50 sq. metres per litre.

RLT Halophen
RLT Halophen Water based fungicidal barrier to be applied after RLT Bactdet 05.
Dilute solution 1:4 with clean water. Apply by brush to the affected area extending to a metre beyond all visable signs. The coverage you will achieve is 50 sq. metres per litre.
