The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act.

As from the 20th March, the Governments “The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act comes into effect. This will give people who rent their homes the right to sue their landlord if the property is affected by a number of issues but especially MOULD.

It is, therefore, essential for both the Landlord and the Tenant that any problems of mould are treated quickly effectively and permanently – not a quick fix bleach based temporary solution.
